At K. Monique Collections, we want every bride to feel confident and beautiful in her purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original packaging and tags must be included
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Due to the intimate nature of bridal robes, items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom items
• Sale or clearance items
• Worn or used garments

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist with an exchange based on product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Policy

At K. Monique Collections, we are committed to ensuring your luxury bridal robe arrives beautifully and in a timely manner as you prepare for your special day.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During peak wedding seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery time estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. K. Monique Collections is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
